One of our main aims at Hyde is to build more affordable homes where they are most needed. Making the best use of the land we already own is one way we can do this.
We’re redeveloping the garage site along Levehurst Way on the Studley Estate to create new apartments and improve landscaping.
We’re in the early stages of design and want to hear your views on the proposals and what else we can do to improve the wider estate.
We will be holding consultation events at:

Next steps
Over the autumn we’ll consider your feedback and review findings from the surveys to create detailed plans ready for a planning application.
You don’t need to do anything. We’ll write to you again before the consultation with details on how you can see the plans and share your views if you can’t attend on the day.
