Tom oversees all legal matters, including housing management, disrepairs, development and partnerships.
Tom joined us after seven years at Lendlease Europe, where he advised on some of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK, including Silvertown Quays, Elephant Park, Thamesmead Waterfront and the International Quarter London at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with a combined development value of over £17bn.
His work included establishing partnerships with institutional investors and G15 housing associations, as well as establishing Lendlease’s registered provider of social housing. Tom advised on these projects to accelerate much-needed housing, amenities and infrastructure, with a commitment to safety and innovation in sustainability and digital transformation.
Before working at Lendlease, Tom practised law at law firm Eversheds law, working with leading investors and developers, including Legal & General and Land Securities, as well as Government bodies on investment portfolios and development projects. During his time at Eversheds, Tom was seconded to the Mary Ward Legal Centre, which provides free, independent advice to help people access their legal rights and entitlements.
