  • Tenancy management: assist in managing resident tenancies, ensuring compliance and fostering positive relationships within our communities. 
  • Business administration: support the operation of our offices, gaining experience in administrative functions. 
  • Trades: develop practical skills in maintaining and improving our homes.
  • Income management: work with our finance team to manage rental income and support residents with payment plans. 
  • IT and digital services: contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital infrastructure, supporting innovative solutions for our operations.
