As a Retrofit Contracts Manager at Hyde you will be working within the Asset Management and Sustainability department to oversee and manage retrofit projects designed to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of Hyde’s housing stock.

What You’ll be doing

• Coordinating and managing Hyde’s retrofit projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Treasury Funding Manager

As a Treasury Funding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining Hyde’s long-term funding position. As a Building Safety Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our Higher Risk Buildings are safe, compliant, and well-managed. • Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
