As a Retrofit Contracts Manager at Hyde you will be working within the Asset Management and Sustainability department to oversee and manage retrofit projects designed to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of Hyde’s housing stock.

What You’ll be doing

  • Coordinating and managing Hyde’s retrofit projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Leading a team of contractors, consultants, and staff to deliver a variety of retrofit services which allows Hyde to effectively improve its assets energy performance.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of contract management/planned project management experience.
  • Previous experience in managing projects, ideally within the housing or property sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures as well as relevant sustainability regulations, standards, certifications and building codes related to sustainability and retrofitting.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage and car allowance paid for by Hyde).

As a Treasury Funding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining Hyde’s long-term funding position. You will lead on the negotiation and execution of new funding arrangements, including the operation of our European Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme, and support our £2.6bn debt portfolio. Key Duties

Funding & Capital Markets

  • Lead the setup, ongoing management and operation of Hyde’s EMTN Programme, enabling efficient and timely capital markets issuance.
  • Oversee the preparation, negotiation and execution of all funding and loan documentation, including amendments and renewals.
  • Identify market opportunities and advise on the timing, structure and execution of new capital raising activities.
  • Review debt and equity structures to ensure alignment with Hyde’s financial strategy and risk appetite.
  • Provide specialist advice on corporate debt structures to support major investments and group initiatives.

Treasury Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure full compliance with all loan and bond conditions, including covenant monitoring, on-lending rules, and potential events of default.

The role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical, user-focused solutions that improve services and operational performance. You’ll translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories, ensuring products deliver measurable value.

You’ll be embedded within a product-led, agile environment, supporting the full lifecycle of change – from discovery and analysis through to delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and document current and future-state business processes across key systems and services
  • Elicit, define and manage business requirements, translating them into clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria
  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet user and organisational needs
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and data analysis to identify problems, opportunities and service improvements
  • Document workflows, functional specifications and solution designs, securing stakeholder sign-off where required
  • Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing dependencies and contributing to backlog refinement
  • Undertake investigative and data-led analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement

Skills and experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience working in product-led or digital transformation environments, using iterative and agile methods
  • Hands-on experience with TotalMobile (Connect, Mobile & Insights) and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven experience writing high-quality business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence constructively
  • Ability to deliver high-quality outputs at pace in both structured and fast-moving environments
