As a Treasury Funding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining Hyde’s long-term funding position. You will lead on the negotiation and execution of new funding arrangements, including the operation of our European Medium-Term Note (EMTN) programme, and support our £2.6bn debt portfolio. Key Duties

- Identify market opportunities and advise on the timing, structure and execution of new capital raising activities.

We’re looking for a Mobile Cleaner to carry out deep cleans and property clearances across our homes in Hampshire and Sussex — helping to restore empty properties and get them ready for new residents.

What you’ll do:
- Carry out deep end-of-tenancy and environmental cleans to high standards.
- Clean homes that may have been vacant or exceptionally dirty, including carpets, basements, and lofts.
- Remove all rubbish, furniture, carpets, and non-approved fittings from properties.
- Tidy and clear overgrown or heavily littered gardens, removing waste, scrap, and debris.
- Clear contents from garages and sheds as required.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety guidelines and standards.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in property clearance or deep/end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- Comfortable with physical work including lifting, loading, and outdoor tasks.
- Understanding of health and safety standards in cleaning and waste handling.
- A full, clean UK driving licence is essential to this role (you’ll be provided with a van and fuel card).
- A reliable, self-motivated person who takes pride in their work.

As a Roofer Improver at Hyde you will be working within the Property Services team to assist roofers in maintaining, repairing and installing roofs across Hyde’s housing stock.
Responsibilities
- Support roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
- Carry, organise, and transport materials and tools to work sites
- Assist with locating and repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and clearing gutters
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, disposing of waste properly
- Follow health and safety regulations, using equipment and PPE correctly
Skills and Experience Required
- Background in construction, labouring, or a related trade (roofing experience an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Strong customer service ethic
