Responsibilities

  • Manage estate services contracts, including cleaning, caretaking, and grounds maintenance
  • Monitor contractor performance, ensuring delivery against SLAs and KPIs
  • Lead and support on-site teams including caretakers and estate staff
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure value for money from service providers
  • Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to deliver consistent service

Skills and Experience Required

Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleans in vacant properties, including environmental and end-of-tenancy cleans
• Remove furniture, rubbish, carpets, and non-approved fittings from all areas including basements and lofts
• Tidy and clear gardens, removing debris, fly-tipping, and overgrown vegetation
• Clean garages and sheds, including dismantling where needed
• Load and unload waste safely and transport it to an approved tip using the company van
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety procedures

Skills and Experience Required

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential – van and fuel card provided)

About the Role

Hyde is seeking an experienced and certified Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise inSalesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in our London Bridge head office, where you will spend two days a week onsite and the remainder remotely.

You will play a key role in developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining Salesforce and Contact Centre platforms, with a particular focus on Marketing Cloud. Leading and mentoring the Salesforce Development Team, you will ensure best practices are followed, deliver high-quality solutions, and help optimise our Salesforce ecosystem to support our mission of providing affordable, high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support the Salesforce Development Team, providing coaching, performance management, and skills development

  • Prioritise and plan team workloads and project tasks effectively

  • Translate user stories into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions, particularly within Marketing Cloud

  • Develop, integrate, and test new and existing Salesforce and Marketing Cloud features

Essential Skills & Experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, test and inspections and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
  • Participate in the ‘out of hour’s service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
