At Hyde, we’re looking for a project-focused Surveyor to join our Major Fire Projects team. The role

As a Retrofit Contracts Manager at Hyde you will be working within the Asset Management and Sustainability department to oversee and manage retrofit projects designed to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of Hyde’s housing stock.
What You’ll be doing
- Coordinating and managing Hyde’s retrofit projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams, to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Leading a team of contractors, consultants, and staff to deliver a variety of retrofit services which allows Hyde to effectively improve its assets energy performance.

About You
- Minimum 3 years of contract management/planned project management experience.

- Strong technical knowledge of energy efficiency measures as well as relevant sustainability regulations, standards, certifications and building codes related to sustainability and retrofitting.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage and car allowance paid for by Hyde).
