As a Treasury Funding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining Hyde’s long-term funding position. What we’re looking for:

• Experience in property clearance or deep/end-of-tenancy cleaning.

• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential to this role (you’ll be provided with a van and fuel card).

As a Roofer Improver at Hyde you will be working within the Property Services team to assist roofers in maintaining, repairing and installing roofs across Hyde’s housing stock.

Responsibilities

• Support roofers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
• Carry, organise, and transport materials and tools to work sites
• Assist with locating and repairing leaks, replacing damaged sections, and clearing gutters
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, disposing of waste properly
• Follow health and safety regulations, using equipment and PPE correctly

Skills and Experience Required

• Background in construction, labouring, or a related trade (roofing experience an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to lift/carry materials
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
• Strong customer service ethic
