Initial screening
A member of our recruitment team will screen all CVs to ensure candidates meet the minimum criteria for the role.
Psychometric assessment
Eligible candidates will be invited to complete an online psychometric assessment. This assessment evaluates both your abilities and how well you align with the role.
If you have a neurodiverse condition and need more time, then please reach out. If you haven’t done an online assessment before, please take advantage of the practice sessions.
Score review
Assessment scores are reviewed by the recruitment team. The candidates with the highest alignment to the role are sent to the hiring manager for review.
Shortlisting and interview invitation
- The hiring manager reviews the shortlisted candidates and selects individuals for an interview.
- Selected candidates are contacted by the recruitment team to schedule an interview.
- Most interviews are conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

The interview
Interviews typically involve the hiring manager and one other panel member.
We want you to be successful at your interview and we’re happy to help if you have specific needs. If you have any special requests, perhaps around access, neurodiversity or childcare-related timings, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests when making our interview plans.
Decision making
A decision is usually made after one interview. Successful candidates will be contacted promptly.
