What are the benefits of being on the Kickstart programme?
The Kickstarter scheme has better equipped me for future employment as I was able to build my CV, get the experience and training I needed, and I became more confident applying for jobs. There are so many ways to learn and progress – ranging from being mentored through to shadowing opportunities in different teams.

What are the benefits of being on the Kickstart programme?
Joining Hyde was easy as I felt welcomed and included through all stages of the recruitment and induction progress. I also benefitted from the excellent training provided by Hyde, and this really helped me with future employment as I learnt skills and strategies that I didn’t know before. The Kickstart scheme is a great way to get into the world of work without feeling too pressured.
