Employee Resource Groups

We're committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) play a pivotal role in promoting diversity and inclusion within our organisation. These groups offer support, raise awareness, and contribute to creating a more inclusive environment for all employees. 

Hyde has a number of ERGs which always welcome new members. Our ERGs are:

PRYDE 

This group focuses on inclusion, empowerment, and improvement on behalf of Hyde’s LGBTQA+ staff.  

Don't Dis My Ability 

This is Hyde's disability staff network group, aiming to create an inclusive and understanding environment that allows everyone to perform and achieve.  

Embrace 

This employee group aims to help eliminate discrimination, experienced and perceived, by Black, Asian, and minority ethnic staff and to promote inclusion.  

Aspire

Aspire is our gender staff network. Its purpose is to provide a peer support network to inspire and support colleagues (female and male) on issues that are important to them.

EngAge

Engage is our age-friendly employee resource group focused on recognising the value of older colleagues, supporting them to continue working, and promoting an age diverse workforce.
