Brookhill is a regeneration scheme in Woolwich in the Royal London Borough of Greenwich. The site currently has 80 houses and will be redeveloped to provide a mix of 254 houses, flats and maisonettes ranging from 1 to 5 bedroom homes. The new development will include 6 blocks which will include rented, shared ownership and private sale homes.
Planning permission was granted in March 2023, and work has begun on site with the contractor, Wates, currently carrying out enabling works. We are forecasting that demolition will begin in spring/summer 2024 and building work will begin in mid 2024.
The redevelopment will be carried out in two phases. We will develop phase 1 and then move onto phase 2 which is intertwined with Hyde’s decanting process for the current customers.
Practical completion is expected to be in mid-2027.
