Do you live in London and have a health condition or need expert help finding work?  The Work and Health Programme could be for you.

The Work and Health Programme is an exciting new support programme to help people living in London who have health conditions  and/or an additional barrier to finding work.

The Work and Health Programme can help people over the age of 16 into work. Support is available no matter how long you’ve been out of a job or what barriers to work you may be facing. 

With the Work and Health Programme we’ll support you all the way. Here are some of the things we can help you with:

  • Interview practice
  • Financial support
  • Communication skills
  • Identifying skills
  • Health management
  • Exercise classes

The Work and Health Programme runs for five years.  Hyde is receiving funding from Local London, led by Maximus People Services and Central London Forward, led by Ingeus to deliver this service. 

The programme provides employment, health and wellbeing support, to help disadvantaged people living in Central London, East and South East London to develop their skills, enter and progress in work. It is co-financed by the European Social Fund and the Department for Work and Pensions.
