We worked in partnership with Three Mobile to deliver basic digital training to residents living in one of our sheltered and supported schemes at Hardwick Court. The sessions covered:
- Setting up an email
- How to use WhatsApp
- Reporting a repair
- Online shopping
- Using different social media platforms
- Staying safe online
There was a big appetite to learn these new digital skills, with residents telling us:
