Social - performance, progress and impact

Affordable housing, and the support we give, help to create safe, stable communities, improving people’s life chances and helping  them thrive. We must continue to use innovative approaches, and to partner with others to build more affordable homes and increase the number of customers to whom we provide services. We must also continue to provide services that meet customers’ needs, and those of their communities, while delivering high levels of satisfaction.
