We can reimburse out of pocket expenses, such as travel costs, in line with our Resident Engagement Expenses Policy. However this must be arranged with a member of the Resident Engagement Team before any bookings are made.

If you are interested in gaining skills and experience for the workplace through resident engagement, we can work with you to develop a programme that will help you develop the skills you need. In addition to gaining transferable skills and valuable experience for your CV, we can also provide you with a letter of reference. You’ll receive ongoing advice and support from a member of the Resident Engagement Team and have full access to e-learning through our online training area on The OAK.
