Future Leaders is an inspiring six-week programme of group training that offers career and personal development opportunities. It also provides ideas for how to make a difference as a social housing customer.
The course is delivered by members of our customer involvement team in partnership with Dionne Lewis-Reid, a life and career transition specialist and empowerment coach. The sessions help to develop skills and knowledge in:
- Confidence and motivation
- Skills profiling and job goals
- Influencing skills
- Teamwork and leadership
- Social housing and the Hyde Group
- Customer involvement at Hyde and how you can make a difference
