Share your experience of being a Hyde resident and be part of our Consumer Panel
What’s this about?
Consumer Panel sessions are informal discussion sessions open to all residents. At the moment they are online via Zoom. They are an opportunity for all Hyde residents - whether you’re a tenant, shared owner or leaseholder – to share your experience of our services.
Do I need to commit to being part of a group?
You don’t need to commit to being part of a regular group, and you don’t need to come to every meeting. We will have four meetings a year, about every three months. You can come to all or just one, it’s up to you.
What will you talk about?
We will mainly be guided by what you and other residents want to discuss. When you sign up to join a meeting there is a space in the sign-up form for you to tell us what you want to talk about.
Who is going to be there?
These sessions are led by the Customer Involvement team, but will be attended by members of Customer Voice, Hyde’s customer Board. Sometimes we might invite other members of staff to join us to talk about their service and to answer your questions.
Why are you doing this, and what difference is it going to make?
Residents that attended our ‘Customers Connect’ online conference told us that we need to be better at listening. They said they wanted more opportunities to talk to staff about the things that matter to them.
When you join a panel meeting, members of the Customer Involvement team can take away any issues you have and will pass them to the relevant managers. Customer Voice also attend. They’ll listen to your feedback and will raise any concerns with Executive staff in their formal meetings.
How do I join?
