We're changing our customer involvement service

We want to get better at listening to you and acting on your feedback. So we can work together to improve the services you and other residents get from us.

We'd like to hear from you to find out what opportunities you want to share your feedback and experiences. We can then use your ideas and suggestions to improve how we engage in the future.

How you can share your feedback about our customer involvement service

Why are we changing this service?

Every three years we consult with you to make sure you're happy with the opportunities you and other residents have, to share your feedback about us as a landlord. Once we’ve spoken to our customers, and our colleagues, our Customer Involvement Team will publish a new action plan, or strategy, for Customer Involvement at Hyde.
