You won’t be made homeless but we’ll support you to move into a temporary home (as close to Bellevue Mansions as possible) while regeneration is being carried out. When work is finished, you’ll have the right to move into one of the new homes.

We’ll try to keep the terms of your existing tenancy agreement the same, including rent. However, we can’t guarantee this.

If you have a right to buy in your current tenancy agreement, this will be honoured on the tenancy for your new home. However, we won’t be offering right to buy for those tenants who don’t currently have it in their tenancy agreement.

If Bellevue Mansions are regenerated, then you’ll be able to move to a property more suitable to your household's needs.

Absolutely, we have homes all over London and the south east. We’ll work with you to find a suitable home.

We’ll pay you a fixed amount to compensate you for the disruption caused by moving, which is set by the government. We’ll also pay for removal costs and other things like mail redirection and reconnecting appliances.

Yes. If regeneration goes ahead, we’ll ask leaseholders to sell their home to us. We will buy homes at the current market rate, plus:

• Leaseholders that live in their home will be offered disturbance payments and 10% compensation.
• Leaseholders that are landlords (ie they rent out their properties) will be offered 7% compensation.

The specific terms haven’t been worked out yet, and we’ll work with leaseholders in developing the offer, so it provides them with the best possible outcome.
