UK Employability Day - helping jobseekers into work

Posted on 14 July 2017

UK Employability Day highlights the work of organisations helping job seekers into work, and provides an opportunity to spread understanding about employment support and the impact it has on people’s lives.

Together with Love London Working (LLW), a partnership of 16 major social housing providers based in London, the Hyde Foundation delivers employment support to residents and local communities.

Between July 2016 and March 2017 LLW supported 393 people to develop skills, increase confidence, and get training; and 113 participants were helped into jobs.

Employment support can be accessed as part of our Successful Tenancies offer, or alternatively, in London it is open to anyone who is unemployed, over the age of 16 and has a right to reside and work in the UK.

Any resident who meets these criteria can get in touch with the Hyde Foundation where our team of Employment Advisors are on hand to help.

Watch our short LLW video to find out more about how Love London Working can help you gain more skills, increase your confidence and find a job.
