Hyde is supporting this year’s Big Energy Saving Week, a national campaign to help people save energy and cut their energy bills.
“You could save around £300 by switching energy tariff or supplier,” says Hyde Sustainability Manager Jean Roberts. “Big Energy Saving Week is a reminder to check you are not paying too much for your gas and electricity and to make sure you are not missing out on any financial benefits and support.”
Jean added: “A number of events are being held as part of the campaign, where you can get energy saving tips, advice on switching supplier and find out how to ask for help to pay for home insulation or a boiler upgrade.”
Big Energy Saving Week runs from 31 October to 6 November. For more information and to find an event near you, visit bigenergysavingweek.org.uk.
