Following the success of Track my Engineer for our customers in London, we have now launched the service in partnership with Engie, for our customers in Kent, Bromley, Croydon and Bexley.
The text message you receive to confirm your appointment will now include a link to the Engie system where you can track your engineer.
The system will allow customers who have booked a repair with us to track where their engineer is, add appointments to their calendars on their phones and rearrange appointments if they need to.
In addition, you will even be able to message your engineer directly. So, if you need to pop out for the school run or are stuck in traffic, you can let your engineer know straight away.
We are looking at how we can implement a similar service for all of our customers over the coming months, and will let you know when it becomes available in your area.
