We are making sure we have the latest information and are getting prepared in case things change.
The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. For this reason, during the coronavirus pandemic we are only carrying out essential property services to residents.
When any of our staff or contractors visit your home for an appointment, they will ask you at the door if anyone in your home is self-isolating. If they are, we will only attend to emergency situations.
If you are self-isolating and you need to cancel a routine appointment, or have an emergency to report, please call us on 0800 3 282 282.
As you are aware, the coronavirus situation continues to change. This may mean that we need to postpone some routine visits as we manage our own staff levels, and our main focus will then be on reported emergencies.
We continue to monitor the daily updates on COVID-19 from the government and the NHS as well as the advice from Public Health England.
- Symptoms of coronavirus and how to avoid it on the NHS website
- Use the 111 online coronavirus service if you feel you need medical help
- Guidance on how the UK is affected by coronavirus (GOV.uk is updated daily and is the best source of reliable information).
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has made temporary arrangements for benefit claimants impacted by coronavirus. Please check the DWP's information about coronavirus and claiming benefits page regularly for updates.
