Fibre broadband to our homes

As the world becomes more and more digital, we’ve seen an increase in fibre broadband related requests from our customers. So we're introducing a dedicated team and email address for requests from our customers and Internet Service Providers (ISP) about installing and upgrading fibre broadband.

The team is headed up by Hyde’s Technical Delivery Manager, Naeem Farooq who said: “We’re always looking for ways to help customers and we’ve recently seen a huge increase in requests around fibre broadband. So, what better way to respond to our customers than creating a dedicated mailbox. The team has already started reviewing and formally responding directly to customers, and we’ve seen first hand the huge difference that this dedicated mailbox is making – particularly around speed and efficiency in getting back to customers.

And that’s not all. Behind the scenes we’re partnering with a number of ISPs to roll out fibre broadband as widely as we can, and throughout all of our estates. Watch this space!”
