We have made a commitment to standing up against domestic abuse. Earlier this year, we signed the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Make a Stand campaign to support our customers who are experiencing domestic abuse. We have pledged to improve our services, ensuring our helplines are clear and making it easier for our customers to report domestic abuse to us.
Customers can now safely browse our domestic abuse page, and access our easy-to-use online call back request form. Both pages have a special function allowing users to leave our website quickly, without any trace being left on their search history.
