A Christmas story

Posted on 31 December 2019

Our Sheltered and Supported team have been incredibly busy this month by bringing festive cheer to our residents with a variety of fun activities and Christmas parties.

Our grounds maintenance contractor, Groundscapes, generously donated £1,260 worth of Tesco vouchers to be spent on food and drink, so all our sheltered and supported residents could enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner.

They also kindly donated £1,800 in Love2Shop vouchers to 36 of our schemes, as well as donating two hampers costing £50 each as raffle prizes.

The goodwill doesn’t stop there – our repairs contractor, Engie, kindly donated a DJ, buffet and a Christmas hamper to residents who live at The Orchards in Brighton.

James Barr, Intensive Housing Management Delivery Manager said, “Organising these events shows our commitment to bring all our residents together and have some fun. It’s heart-warming to know that our residents have all had a wonderful time. Thank you to Groundscapes and Engie for their kind generosity - we wouldn’t have been able to put these events on without your help.”
