Our Customer annual review 2020/21 outlines how we've supported our customers over the past year.
“The Customer annual review gives customers an overview of what we’ve been doing throughout a very challenging 12 months,” said Susan Stockwell, Chief Customer Officer. “We want to thank all the customer volunteers that helped pull the review together, including their really helpful feedback on the early draft we put on the OAK, our customer involvement website.”
The review covers how we supported customers during lockdown, our social investment team Hyde Foundation, updates on fire safety and our investment in homes, our journey towards net zero homes, and more. Crucially, we also acknowledge where we can improve, and how we will do so in the coming months and years.

“It’s really important that we understand customers’ views and preferences, and involve them everything we do, from the design of homes and places, to delivering new digital services and taking strategic decisions,” Susan explained.
She added, “there are loads of ways for customers to get involved and I’d encourage everyone to do so, so their voice is heard. For example, you can join Customer Voice or our Home Owners Panel, or become a resident volunteer. To find out more register for the OAK .”
