We’re looking for two resident volunteers to join our Complaints Board for a one-year term to provide a customer viewpoint. You would be working alongside directors and senior managers from across Hyde to:
- Look at what we can learn from past complaints
- Agree priorities for service improvements
- Look at Housing Ombudsman decisions and what lessons we can learn from them
- Discuss best practice for handling complaints
You would need to attend one meeting every two months (starting on 17 November). Meetings will be held on a Tuesday from 11:30am to 1pm. At the moment meetings are online. When we can meet in person it will be at our office at London Bridge, but you can continue to call in if you prefer.
This is a great opportunity to work with Hyde’s management team to help improve services and to help get residents’ voices heard. It could also be really useful for your CV. This is a voluntary role, however any out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed in line with our Resident Engagement Expenses Policy.
