We’re delighted to announce that we are finalists in the Engage Awards - the UK’s only customer and employee engagement industry awards.
We’ve been shortlisted for two awards: Best use of Training and Best Customer and Employee Engagement Programme.
Both of our nominations focused on our new tone of voice initiative, in conjunction with our agency partner, The First Word. The initiative was rolled out across Hyde during the pandemic, and empowered our teams to use their own voices, always putting customers first.
Paul Singleton, Director of Customer Experience said: “This is a huge honour as these prestigious awards encompass all areas of excellence within customer and employee engagement, with finalists spanning every single industry sector.
“Our tone of voice training didn’t just change our words – it changed our culture. It's meant moving away from putting policies and procedures first to taking ownership and always doing what's best for our customers.”
We’re up against big household names in both categories including DHL, Legal and General and Places for People. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 2 December.
