We’re delighted to announce that we are finalists in the Engagement Excellence Awards, in the ‘Best Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Strategy’ category.
These HR awards recognise the work that teams and organisations have done to design, deliver and drive employee engagement.
The category we are finalists in recognises ‘teams and organisations who have put in place programmes that make a ‘measurable impact on diversity, equity and inclusion'.
Sue Bunt, Hyde’s Head of Organisation Development said: “Our award entry focused on the journey we have been on since last summer. The judges were impressed with how we developed initiatives and utilised our internal channels to engage our workforce in discussion around diversity, equality and inclusion, and create a supportive and collaborative space for employees. Being shortlisted recognises not just the team, but Hyde, and our vision in terms of diversity and inclusion – creating a culture that everybody can be proud of.”
We are up against big international names in our category including Atos, Global Processing Services and Cloud Technology Solutions.
Winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony at the Tate Modern on 4 November.
Good luck to all the finalists.
