Tracy Allison to leave Hyde

Tracy Allison our Group Director Transformation and Business Services has been appointed as the new Chief Executive for West Kent Housing, and will be leaving Hyde in the Autumn.

Tracy joined Hyde in the summer of 2010 and leads the Group Directorate of Transformation and Business Services.

Elaine Bailey, Chief Executive at the Hyde Group said: “Tracy has played an enormous part in re-shaping Hyde over recent years and whilst I am sad to see Tracy leave, I know that she will put her experience gained during her nine years at Hyde to great effect. The Board and I have enormously valued her support as my deputy, undertaken whilst having a wide portfolio to run. I’m very proud that under Tracy’s leadership in the creation and shaping of our group business services directorate, we have seen the sector adopt a number of our initiatives.”

About Tracy Allison

Tracy leads the leads the Group Directorate of Transformation and Business Services at the Hyde Group. The directorate’s remit involves developing and overseeing the business implementation of the strategic plan and oversight of cross-organisation change and modernisation projects. It encompasses strategy and data analytics, people and organisation design, business transformation together with the centralised expertise on risk, governance, procurement and communication, brand and public affairs.

Tracy is a finance director by profession, working for international companies in the manufacturing, retail and logistics sector (including Roquette Freres, Canadian Pacific). She has a track record of delivering business critical projects in complex organisations and working to improve service delivery and business transformation.
