Spring at Stonebridge shortlisted for affordable housing award

Posted on 21 August 2018

We are delighted to announce that Spring at Stonebridge has been named as a finalist in the best affordable housing category at the 24housing Awards 2018.

Spring is part of a £255m regeneration of Stonebridge Park in Harlesden. The development consisting of 117 new homes including 55 outright sale, 27 shared ownership and 35 affordable rented homes; has helped transform a once unpopular estate into a successful community with a positive legacy for future generations.

Not just providing a new range of homes, Hyde has also leveraged £3m community funding that has brought huge benefits to local residents including;

  • improved local health
  • educational, leisure and community initiatives
  • investment in the local housing market
  • retail units
  • public parks, a nursery, sports pavilion and canalside garden
  • the award-winning Hillside Hub community centre.

The 24housing Awards recognise outstanding organisations and individuals who have demonstrated their ability to thrive in the new housing landscape. Across all 14 categories the panel of judges selects entries that demonstrate value for money, best practice, successful outcomes and originality.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 18 October 2018.
