New technology partnership to help revolutionise our property services

We’re pleased to announce our partnership with software specialist Totalmobile. Their modern Connect service will enable us to access live data and better communicate with our customers - providing a more efficient housing repairs service for our customers and colleagues.

The software we use needs to be intuitive, modern and reliable, to ensure that we can provide the best service possible. The system will be installed centrally and ready to use across the organisation by the end of April, following the initial deployment to our operatives.

Neal Ackcral, Hyde’s Chief Property Officer commented: “We’re introducing a comprehensive cloud-based system that will revolutionise the way we work with our customers and staff.

“Totalmobile Connect will transform our Property, Asset Management and Safer Homes services.  It will enable us to access live data which will be a major benefit to our operations. Not only will it help us to provide a better service for our customers, which will include 24/7 assisted job reporting and live updates, customers will also be able to provide feedback in real time.  Our frontline staff will have improved connection with our offices too.

“We’ll move from a reactive to a proactive, pre-emptive way of working that will automate our processes seamlessly making it much easier to efficiently complete our work in the future.”
