The results are in - we are delighted to announce that we have retained Investors in People (IIP) gold status following reassessment under new, more stringent benchmarks which organisations now have to achieve to secure the accreditation.
Elaine Bailey, Chief Executive of the Hyde Group said: “We’re very proud and delighted to, once again, be awarded IIP gold, especially following what has been a challenging time of restructure and merger discussions.
“I believe our success is a testament to the dedication and professionalism of staff and our commitment, as an organisation, to supporting teams and individuals with training and benefits to realise their potential and celebrate their achievements.”
The assessor reviewed feedback from face to face interviews and an online survey to conclude that Hyde has continued to improve as an employer in the three years since he last visited. He acknowledged improved communication, investment in developing leaders, coaching and a wellbeing programme as contributing to a generally positive view from the organisation’s 1300 staff. Looking ahead to the next scheduled assessment in 2019 the organisation has been challenged to build on the positive result of this review and continue to demonstrate good practice.
