Hyde scoops two awards for employee wellbeing

We are delighted to announce that we have won two Engagement Excellence Awards, including the most prestigious Grand Prix Award (also known as the ‘best of the best’ award), for our work in championing employee wellbeing.

The Engagement Excellence awards 2018, hosted in London by Reward Gateway, celebrates companies that are leading the way in employee engagement and working to make the world a better place to work.

Hyde took home the award for Best Wellbeing Strategy for our health initiatives that were launched through our BeingWell programme, which is available to our employees. Our BeingWell programme provides support and resources for all aspects of workplace wellbeing - from physical and mental health to financial wellbeing, as well as a positive working environment. 

Laurie Davis, Hyde’s Reward Specialist, said: “Being recognised for our hard work in helping improve employee wellbeing is fantastic, but to bag the Grand Prix award too was the cherry on the cake! Employee wellbeing is a very important focus of ours and we're pleased with the results we're seeing through our BeingWell programme."
