Our first joint venture with Hill, the award-winning top 15 UK housebuilder, will create 287 new homes in North West London. The £150m development (private and affordable GDV) in Brent has secured planning permission and construction is due to start this month. The development marks the final phase of the £225million Stonebridge Estate regeneration.

The disused brownfield land, located off Winchelsea Road in Harlesden, will be redeveloped to deliver the new homes, including maisonettes, apartments and wheelchair accessible properties. All the homes will have access to private courtyards along with excellent transport links - Harlesden Rail and Underground Station is just a short walk away.
The site is round the corner from the Spring development, where Hyde were awarded ‘Best Large Development’ at the National Housing Awards 2016, and the Five Star Award in the category ’Best Development Marketing London’ UK Property Awards 2016.
