This month we are celebrating a trio of successes after scooping three different awards which recognise Hyde as a leading employer and a great place to work.
The 2018 Lotus Award for Best Workplace Culture was awarded for our work in introducing a successful culture of achievement for our employees. This culture celebrates success in many forms and now makes up one of four key pillars in our long-term business strategy.
In addition to the Lotus Award, we also received a Highly Commended for both the Southwark Business Excellence awards for Best Employer, which praised our investment in staff development and well-being, and the Employee Benefits awards for Best Flexible Benefits Plan, which recognised our efforts in increasing the number of employees using our benefits, thereby saving each employee a tidy £239 a year on average.
Head of Organisational Development, Sue Bunt commented: “Throughout the past year our HR and Communications teams have been working hard to develop our company culture, improve our learning and development programme and encourage more staff to take advantage of our extensive range of benefits.
