Planning consent awarded for our first development in Newham

Posted on 20 November 2017

We are delighted to have been awarded planning consent for our first development in the London Borough of Newham.

Working in close conjunction with the borough and Galliford Try, we will be building 163 much-needed homes for the borough, 40% of which will be affordable. In addition, the development will have an attractive communal space, including a landscaped courtyard and roof gardens.

David Gannicott, Group Director of Business Development for Hyde said: “We are very excited to be working in the London Borough of Newham and have liaised closely with the council since buying the site a couple of years ago. These homes will go some way to help alleviate the shortage of homes in the borough and in London as a whole.”
