We are delighted that our joint venture with Rydon, to regenerate the Packington Estate in Islington, by building nearly 800 new homes, has been shortlisted for the Best Housing Partnership award in the Sunday Times British Homes Awards.
Packington has also been shortlisted in the Best Partnership and Best Regeneration categories at the National Housing Awards.
Our Evabourne scheme, part of the Peter’s Village development near Chatham in Kent, is also up for Best marketing campaign at the National Housing Awards, along with Woodfield Park in Emsworth, Hampshire, which is shortlisted for the Best Small Development award.
“It’s great that our projects are being recognised by the judges of these two well-established and respected awards,” said Guy Slocombe, Hyde Group Business Development Director.
“Being shortlisted demonstrates how we are continuing to deliver much needed and high quality homes across London, the south east and the south of England, helping to revitalise existing communities and to build new ones.”
The National Housing Awards will be held on 5 September and the Sunday Times British Homes Awards on 19 September, both in central London.
