Building work on the old St Philip Howard school site in Herne Bay, Kent is storming ahead thanks to our joint venture partnership with Jenner. The project, now called ‘The Elements’, comprises 17 apartments for sale with nine available on a shared ownership basis. There are also 13 houses; five with three bedrooms and eight with four bedrooms, all of which are expected to be ready by December 2018.
The new homes, which are expected to be extremely popular, are set to entirely revamp the area. Centred around an attractive cul-de-sac, the new homes have been designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding conservation area and also incorporate an impressive contemporary corner building. The Elements is located just a stone’s throw away from the seafront with its lovely refurbished band stand area and renovated pier lined with contemporary market huts.
David Gannicott, Hyde Group Business Development Director said “This is a fantastic development and we are delighted to be working with Jenner to create some great new homes for the local community in Herne Bay.”
Martin Sandall, Managing Director at Jenner said “It is wonderful to have the opportunity to work with Hyde on such a prestigious scheme, creating a well-designed, contemporary and visually interesting development whilst reinstating an impressive Georgian Grade II Listed building back to its original intended use as a significant family home.”
These fabulous new homes are expected to go on sale later this month. Sales enquiries are being received by local sales agents Miles & Barr on 01227 740840.
