Hyde New Homes strikes gold for customer satisfaction

Hyde New Homes has been awarded a gold award for customer satisfaction by In-house, a leading company in customer experience and research.

Working with a range of local authority, construction and developer partners, Hyde New Homes delivers a range of homes of different tenure types including shared ownership and homes for purchase through the Government backed Help To Buy scheme, to help people get onto the housing ladder. Customer service is at the heart of everything they do and this has now been recognised by an independent research company which uses benchmarking, giving Hyde the ability to compare results against other house builders and housing associations.
