New award for accessible broadband for residents

Posted on 16 September 2016

Hyde are delighted to have won the first ever Choose ISP Award for inclusion and Accessibility for our partnership with Hyperoptic. Broadband provider Hyperoptic was celebrated by Choose ISP, for making broadband accessible for people that often find it difficult to get on line. Buildings in Bermondsey and Stockwell will receive free basic broadband of up for 2Mb for every social housing tenant, as well as offering tenants one of Hyperoptic’s no contract deals.

Tom Gardiner, Hyde Plus Special Projects Manager said, "we are really pleased to have won for the work we have done with Hyperoptic, not least because it is great to be recognised just for doing the right thing and making broadband more accessible for tenants."
