Many leaseholders and shared owners across Hyde’s stock will have received a S20 notice in February regarding our proposal to enter into a long-term agreement for buildings insurance.
The contract was publically advertised via an OJEU notice and details of the tender evaluation are given on the notice.
What do I have to do?
You have 30 days to respond with any observations about these proposals in writing:

Unfortunately observations must be made in writing and cannot be made over the phone or in person.
The consultation period will end on Monday 18 March 2019.
What happens next?
We will consider your observations and aim to take account of any comments or concerns as best we can.
Subject to satisfactory completion of resident consultation, Hyde will enter into contract for insurance cover to begin on 1 April 2019.
