Getting older residents online

We worked in partnership with Three Mobile to deliver basic digital training to residents living in one of our sheltered and supported schemes at Hardwick Court. The sessions covered:

  • Setting up an email
  • How to use WhatsApp
  • Reporting a repair
  • Online shopping
  • Using different social media platforms
  • Staying safe online

There was a big appetite to learn these new digital skills, with residents telling us:

“As a new learner I found it very helpful. I hope to use my new-found knowledge in the not too distant future,” Brian, aged 79
