The Scheme Officer at Knowlton Gardens supported scheme, nominated Fiona McGregor, Income Officer and Emma Taylor, Compliance Housing Officer for their fantastic approach to delivering excellent customer service.
Fiona is an exceptionally helpful and efficient member of your team. She has worked with me at Knowlton Gardens to ensure that I can give the best support I can to the residents at the scheme. Fiona always finds the person for me to liaise with and any matters can be resolved quickly. Fiona is approachable, hardworking and dedicated to the clients and outside agencies that support your clients. She deserves a WOW! Award for her professionalism and kind-hearted nature.
Emma is exceptionally motivated, easy to talk to and gets very quick results for concerns raised. She always answers emails and phone calls very quickly and effectively. She then moved to another role within Hyde; however she continued to help me find resolutions to issues at the scheme. She is very consistent in her job ethic, dedicated, enthusiastic and always works her hardest to get the best possible outcomes for the clients at Knowlton Gardens.
