From virtual tours and viewings, to integrating with online platforms to sign the all-important paperwork, customers have been able to secure and even complete on their purchase, all from the comfort of their sofa.
Guy Slocombe, Chief Investment Officer commented: “To be recognised in such high regard for the eighth year running is a testament to what we believe in, and it’s fantastic to be acknowledged for our customer service. As a customer-driven organisation, this is something that everyone in the team is really passionate about. Our sales team are great ambassadors for Hyde and have worked especially hard this year to ensure that we continue to put our customers first. This has been particularly challenging in light of the ongoing pandemic, but we embraced the challenge and have been rewarded with excellent results.”
Tom Weston, Chief Executive at In-house Research comments, “We are extremely proud to be working with such a customer-focused business. The ‘Gold Award’ recognises those who put their customers at the heart of everything that they do. This award places them alongside some of the best companies in the UK for customer service. It’s only through delivering an exceptional service throughout the customer journey, that recommendation scores reach this level. We are so pleased to recognise all the staff at the Hyde Group who have contributed to achieving this award.”
