In the marketing category, Two Fifty One, our collection of one two and three bedroom apartments in Southwark is up for best marketing campaign (shared ownership) award. Wing of Camberwell, which comprises of contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments in the heart of Camberwell has been shortlisted for best marketing campaign (mixed tenure development).
Both these entries focused on how the brands were harnessed to target the audience with a fully-integrated campaign which is engaging, innovative and provided a unique customer experience.
Lastly, and following on from on from their recent Gold Award For Customer Satisfaction from In-house, Hyde New Homes is up for another customer service award. The NHA award entry for best customer care award focused on how our Business Development team worked with the Product Quality Team and Sales and Marketing to improve the customer journey, by setting up a customer satisfaction panel to monitor and improve on our survey results. 95% of our customers now say they would recommend Hyde New Homes.
