Project Summary

A real sense of place will be created at Harrow Square with the new homes being built alongside retail space, new public realm, and a public square which will accommodate street markets and pop-up events. There is also a 1,450m2 central public library and space for business incubation and education areas. The homes will be tenure blind, with all apartments featuring private balconies with superb views.
