We have recently obtained detailed planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Railway Goods Yard at Christ’s Hospital, Horsham.
The site is located next to Christ’s Hospital station, and benefits from excellent transport links and a picturesque rural setting, in close proximity to the desirable market town of Horsham and Christ’s Hospital School. The area is popular with commuters, offering a more affordable alternative to the London boroughs, and with direct rail links to central London in under an hour.
The scheme will transform the site into a high quality development of 47 new family homes, being a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses for market sale and shared ownership and one and two bedroom apartments for affordable rent. The development will also incorporate a children’s play area and an extension to the Downslink footpath through the woodland area.Construction is due to start in Autumn 2017, with first completions expected in Spring 2019.
