Harrow Square, formerly known as 51 College Road, will see the Hyde Group along with its joint venture partner, Barratt London, deliver 318 homes, prime retail space, a public square (to accommodate street markets and pop-up events) and a 1450m2 central public library with areas for adults and children, plus space for business incubation and education areas. This will have broad appeal to potential residents and homeowners.

The development will offer:

  • 30 homes for affordable rent
  • 21 homes for shared ownership

The buildings and public realm have been developed in partnership with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) and Gross Max - internationally renowned architects and landscape designers. The design will be an iconic series of three buildings reaching a maximum height of 20 storeys.
