Situated in the London Borough of Southwark at the southern end of Tower Bridge Road on Aberdour Street, this project will deliver six units for outright sale and is being delivered to cross subsidise our affordable housing programme. There will be four units of two bedroom duplex apartments and two units of two bedroom apartments. The two bedroom apartments will each have their own balcony.
The site benefits from a number of local amenities on the doorstep; including a selection of cafes, independent bars and restaurants. London Bridge, the Shard and world-class food destination Borough Market are also all within close proximity to the site.
The site is well served by public transport; both Borough Underground and London Bridge Station are within walking distance of Aberdour Street and offer connections to the overground and tube network. The Thames Clipper River Bus service can be picked up at the quay side at London Bridge and a number of buses also serve the area. The location of the site will place residents within easy walking or cycling distance of much of Central London and The City.
It is anticipated the site will reach practical completion during autumn 2017.
