We own and manage 49,000 homes for 95,000 people, from Kings Lynn to Southampton. Our services include maintenance, repairs, housing management and caretaking and providing resident support.

We help communities and individuals, involving residents in improving services and making decisions. These services are paid for with money we receive through rent and service charges from the homes we own and manage.

Our objectives

  • We aim to deliver high quality services which make a lasting difference to the wellbeing of residents and the wider community
  • We aim to reduce waste and inefficiency in our services, while maximising income and asset value. We re-invest additional financial capacity in services and building new homes
  • We aim to help increase the supply of homes of all tenures and ease housing pressures, developing more homes for sale and private rent to subsidise the development of affordable homes.

Our social purpose

We were established with a single aim: to help people excluded from the mainstream housing market, by providing them with decent, affordable homes and managing them properly. Since that time, we have grown and adapted to meet the unprecedented challenges of the UK housing market, but our social purpose remains firmly at the heart of everything we do.
